Graham Badun has overall responsibility for the delivery of strategy and results for Brookfield Residential Property Services’ global portfolio of companies. These companies deliver corporate and government relocations services, valuation and data services, and residential real estate brokerage services.
Graham joined the Brookfield Asset Management group of companies in 1998. He has held a number of senior executive positions across the portfolio including roles in Operations as well as Corporate Development. Prior to joining Brookfield, Graham worked for several years in the Canadian mortgage industry and also spent three years as a Management Consultant with a major international consulting firm.
Graham holds a B.A. from Queen’s University and is an MBA graduate from the University of Western Ontario’s Richard Ivey School of Business.
Rick Schwartz is responsible for all aspects of Brookfield Global Relocation Services and the services that are delivered to clients and relocating employees through offices in North America, Europe and Asia.
Prior to joining Brookfield GRS in 2003, Rick held top-level executive positions with relocation companies at some of the world's most prestigious and recognizable firms and has a total of 31 years of relocation industry experience.
Rick holds a Bachelor's Degree from Arizona State University and an MBA from the University of New Haven.
Phil Soper was named President of Royal LePage in October 2002 and Chief Executive Officer in January 2004. In August 2003, he directed the restructuring of Royal LePage into a public company traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange, with the successful launch of what is now named the Brookfield Real Estate Services Fund (TSX: BRE:UN).
Prior to joining Royal LePage in 2000 as General Manager, Corporate Relocation Services, Mr. Soper was General Manager of IBM Canada’s Information Technology consulting and services business.
Phil graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Commerce and from the University of Western Ontario’s Ivey Executive Program.
Mr. West has been with Centract since its inception and was instrumental in setting up the initial appraisal network within Central and Eastern Canada. From 1999 to 2008, Mr. West held the position of VP Field Operations and was responsible for development, management and growth of the appraisal network in Canada. In 2008, Mr. West was appointed General Manager of Centract. Mr. West has been mandated with the responsibility of continuing to strengthen Centract’s industry leading appraisal network and focus on emerging real estate business intelligence tools. Prior to joining Centract, Mr. West was VP Professional Services for Royal LePage Commercial Inc. and was in charge of residential appraisal services for both Central and Eastern Canada. Mr. West brings a wealth of appraisal industry and management experience to Centract Settlement Services.
