Brookfield Real Estate Services Fund Annual Meeting, First Quarter 2010 Results Release and Conference Call to be May 4, 2010

Toronto, Ontario, April 7, 2010 – Brookfield Real Estate Services Fund (the “Fund”) (TSX – BRE.UN) will hold its annual general meeting of unitholders at 10:00 am on Tuesday, May 4, 2010 at the Hockey Hall of Fame in Brookfield Place, 30 Yonge Street, Toronto.
The Fund will release its first quarter financial results also on May 4, before markets open. These results will be available online at www.brookfieldres.com and will be filed with SEDAR.
At 2:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on May 4, the Fund will hold its first quarter 2010 conference call. Members of senior management will discuss results from the latest quarter and provide an update on the Fund’s markets and business operations.
